How can I get better pricing?
Pricing will vary based on order volume. Fill out our Request for Quote Form online and we will respond by Next Business Day. If you need a faster response, please call or email us and one of our representatives will contact you to discuss volume pricing.
Do you have a minimum order?
Although some items are sold by the case only, the majority of our stock items do not have a minimum order amount. Any minimums, will be noted on the item. Minimums will always apply to special orders and some instances where the manufacturer has imposed a minimum.
Where do you ship?
We only ship within the continental United States.

Northern Container's shipping rates for online orders, is based on the subtotal of your order. Below are the Shipping & Handling Rates.

How soon can my order ship?
Most orders can ship next business days and sometimes even the same day. Lead times for special order items will vary.
Can I get my order delivered faster?
Orders shipping via UPS or FedEx can be expedited to overnight, 2 day or 3 day delivery. Those orders must be placed by phone at 708-496-1696 before Noon Central Time. We will not ship an expedited order without confirming shipping charges with the customer first.
How do I request a catalog?
Due to frequent price changes by manufacturer’s and new products, Northern Container does not offer a printed catalog, we focus our attention on an up to date website.
Do you accept Returns?
Stock items can be returned with a re-stocking fee. Custom and/or Special Order items cannot be returned.
Returns are accepted only within 30 days after the original ship date. Stock items must be in the original packaging and be in resell-able condition. A Return Authorization is required prior to items being returned. Returns without a Return Authorization will be refused. Shipping charges for any returns will be at the buyers expense.
Can I get my name or logo printed on a container?
Yes! Printing your artwork directly onto the containers, requires higher minimum then paper labeling applied to the container. Paper labels can be provided by the customer and applied by Northern Container for an additional fee.

Do you offer terms/open account?
If you would like to establish an open account with Net 30 terms, please send your 3 trade references and 1 bank reference to firstname.lastname@example.org. We perform a credit checks through professional credit checking agencies and determine credit limits.
